Mr. Dele DAADA is a veteran with diversified expertise garnered from an extensive career spanning almost 45 years, served in many senior management positions in the Sales/Marketing field and in the HR function of many blue-chip companies within the manufacturing sector of the Nigerian economy.
He began earning his stripes early as a Management Trainee at BEREC Nigeria Limited in 1979 after which he rose to the position of Area Manager (North) before transitioning to join West African Portland Cement Plc (now Lafarge WAPCo) as the Area Manager of the North.
During a long stint totaling almost 25 years at Lafarge WAPCo, Dele DAADA also served as Area Manager (West) before cross-functioning to Human Resources. In the HR function, where he began as HR Manager at the Sagamu Plant and gradually progressed to become General Manager for Human Resources in January 2000, Dele finally retired from the Board of Lafarge WAPCo after meritoriously serving as the pioneer HR Director for Lafarge Nigeria and later Lafarge WAPCo, a listed blue-chip company.
Mr. Daada, who obtained his BSc in Business Administration (Marketing major) from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, later went on to secure a Master of Business Administration from the University of Lagos. During his long management journey, Dele DAADA also devoted a lot of quality time to honing his management skills by attending several local and international seminars, workshops, and courses in Sales & Marketing Management [College of Marketing Moor Hall UK Sales Management Workshop; Unilever Africa Marketing Course] and in Human Resources Management [NECA Advanced Industrial Relations Course; ASHRIDGE College UK Strategic Human Resources Management Program; Lafarge University HR Integration Seminar; LEAD the Group; BEST Leadership Courser], amongst many.
