A Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, he holds an LLM degree from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, with a specialization in secured credit transactions and comparative company law. He has had over three (3) decades of work experience in various financial institutions.

He cut his teeth in banking at Nigerian American Merchant Bank Limited and thereafter worked at various times with Victory Merchant Bank Ltd., Industrial & General Insurance Co. Ltd., Standard Trust Bank Ltd., and Asset Plus Finance Ltd., where he resigned as an Executive Director. Over the years, he has acquired vast skills and experience in legal and corporate services, equipment leasing, corporate banking, and credit administration. He has attended various courses and seminars in various areas of banking, credit, equipment leasing, and energy, among others.

He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN), an Associate Member of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration (ICA), and the Institute of Directors (IOD). He holds an MBA degree from Business School Netherlands (BSN) and is adequately equipped for transformational leadership with various certifications (CLS, BSSE, LCOR, etc.). He is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School and Lagos Business School.
He is an entrepreneur with a passion for building strategic business enterprises and a great drive for excellence at all levels.

A 1992 graduate of the University of Ilorin with a BSc. (Hons.) in Botany, Mrs. Adeniyi went further to obtain an MBA in Marketing from Lagos State University in 2001. She began her career in 1995 with Profound Security Ltd., a subsidiary of NSITF (acclaimed biggest institutional investor in Nigeria). In 2001, she joined Asset Plus Financing as the head of Treasury.

In 2006, she took the mantle as head of Treasury and Investment at CFS Financial Services, formerly known as CITICORP, before joining the Capitalfield Group in August 2015. Titi has over two (2) decades of experience in Treasury Marketing & Operations, Capital Markets, Loans & Advances, and Leasing. She has attended various courses spanning the areas above and has great zeal for marketing.

He obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy and Finance from Yaba College of Technology in 1999 and qualified as an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants OF Nigeria (ICAN) in 2002. Tony is an alumnus of the Business School of the Netherlands where he obtained an MBA in 2014.

He joined Shem Services Limited in 2001 and moved to Pine Hill Leasing Limited in 2003 as Head of Accounts. He later joined Capitalfield Investment Group Ltd in February 2008 as Head, Accounts & Control. He is currently Chief Operating Officer for the Group.

MUYIWA FOLASIRE is an astute investment and portfolio analyst with a special interest in investment banking and reporting. He has over 9 years working experience as a reporting accountant, cutting across 3 sectors of the Nigerian economy; banking, IT, and services.

He is a graduate of Accounting from The Polytechnic, Ibadan with HND in Accounting. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) with over 7 years post qualification experience. He is also a graduate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM)-2007.

Mr. Folasire commenced his career as a reporting accountant with B.T Technologies in 2009 and moved on to join Financial Derivatives Company as a Senior Investments & financial analyst in 2011. He joined Capitalfield Investment Group Limited in 2015 where he presently heads the Financial Control department of the Group after rising through the ranks.

Olusegun started his early education in Ogun state Nigeria, and proceeded to Ahmadu Bello University for an advanced-level preliminary course and later to the University of Jos, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business Management. He started his career with CGEE Financial Services, where he worked as a credit officer and rose to the post of head of credit and marketing in 2013.

In the advancement of his career, Olusegun took up a Masters of Science degree in International Finance (Corporate Finance) at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, England, and later returned to Nigeria to put his acquired academic knowledge to work.

He briefly worked for Gifthings Concept Nigeria, an IT and business solution company, before joining Cititrust Financial Services Ltd, a subsidiary of Cititrust Holdings Ltd., where he worked as a business Analyst.

He joined Capitalfield Investment Group Ltd as Group Business Analyst in January 2020 and has since then steadily added value to the businesses of the Group.

Manna Cowan is a seasoned and experienced Risk Manager who is a proactive, adaptable and a conscientious qualified Accountant, Fraud Examiner and a Certified Internal Control Specialist with sound knowledge of Internal Control, Process design, transformation and re-engineering to increase shareholders’ confidence.

Manna, with her more than twelve years’ experience in professional Accounting and Internal Audit role in NGO, Manufacturing and finance sector of the economy, she has technical experience in consulting and overcomes challenges through a tenacious and questioning approach – drawing on wide-ranging technical expertise.

An articulate and diplomatic communicator who is an effective team player with strong coaching skills. She consistently works to the highest professional ethical standards and thrives when working as part of a cohesive team to deliver projects that yield multiple business benefits.

She is currently the Group, Head internal control & Audit with Capitalfield Investment Group Ltd.

Ola John Oluremi is a consummate Human Resource generalist, Learning and Development expert and educational administrator. He operates at both practice and regulatory levels. Ola’s primary focus covers Human Capital Development, Strategy, Leadership, Structure, Business Process Reengineering, Entrepreneurship and Education. As a versatile professional, he has been in general management for over 14 years and has vast Knowledge of working operations of various economic sectors.

Ola has worked with Chellarams Plc where he functioned as a Senior HR Officer, he also worked with Dizengoff W.A (Nigeria) Ltd as the Human Resources & Admin Manager, and Chams PLC as Head of Human Capital Development, a senior management position that gave him the opportunity to drive HRD and organisational capability roles for the company. He joined Capitalfield Investment Group Limited in 2020 as the Group Head, Human Resources for the company.

He is a graduate of Guidance & Counselling and holds a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.
He is a member of the following professional bodies, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), Nigerian Institute of Management–Chartered (NIM), Chartered Institute of Administration of Nigeria (CIA), Nigeria Institute of Training & Development (NITAD), Chartered Institute of Public Management of Nigeria (CPM), Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance, USA (CILG), Teacher Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), Counselling Association of Nigeria (CASSON).

A digital transformation professional, he holds a B.Eng. (Electrical/Computer Engineering) degree (1998) from the Federal University of Technology, Minna. With over two (2) decades of experience working for information technology vendors and end-user organizations, this has given him a balanced perspective on designing and implementing digital transformation for organizations. Weco Systems Group and United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc are among the notable organizations he has worked for.

He has amassed vast knowledge and skill in various technologies needed for digital transformation: network foundation, physical and cybersecurity, business and productivity applications (Microsoft Office suite of applications), customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and digital banking.

He has experience in, and he is a strong believer in efficacy of processes and management system standards, which are crucial factors in attaining desired business outcomes and growing sustainably.

He has staying power and is passionate at resolving problems within and outside his sphere of competence as he is a strategic thinker. He has attended several trainings (home and abroad) and had achieved different professional certifications in networking, website design and development, cybersecurity, and System standards such as ISO standards. Ability to innovate and to mobilize human resources to attain envisioned goals sets him apart.

Friday Oteikwu is the Acting Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of Capitalfield Investment Group Limited. He joined the Company in November 2019. He provides advice and counsel to the Company and its Subsidiaries Board of Directors and is also responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory compliance. Prior to joining Capitalfield, he worked at the law firm of Synergy Law Partnership as Head of Practice between 2015 and 2019.
Oteikwu is a highly motivated and hardworking solicitor with experience in commercial law, civil law, corporate law and criminal litigation.

Oteikwu obtained his LLB from the prestigious University of Maiduguri. He went on to obtain his BL from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos and he was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate in February, 2012. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

Joshua Gabriel, holding an HND in Accountancy from Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State.He is a seasoned chartered accountant with a remarkable track record of over 13 years in the financial services, fintech, and real estate sectors. Currently pursuing an MBA from the University of Suffolk, United Kingdom, he brings a dynamic blend of academic and practical expertise to his profession.

Joshua’s extensive experience encompasses areas such as internal control, internal audit, risk management, and compliance. His ardent passion for information technology is vividly reflected in his dedication to the intricate realm of cyberspace risk management.”
