Mrs. Adenike Ayoola is an Associate of Chartered Institute of Insurance (AACII) and a graduate of Social Sciences from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. She has acquired over three (3) decades cognate experience in various fields and has put the experience to bear on the board of the Capitalfield Investment Group Ltd.

Mrs. Ayoola is currently the Managing Director of Hennik Nigeria Ltd. She was also on the board of Cornerstone Insurance Plc for several years. She is married with children.
