» Head, Business Development – MARITIME (HM01)

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all maritime businesses like chandelling, Stevedoring, Ancillary Services (Shipbroking/Metal Scraping) and Freight forwarding. The Candidate will be also responsible for the dredging aspect of the business.

Qualification, Experience, Skills and Competencies

  • A good Universtity dgree in any of the Social Sciences with a minimum of 7 years experience (At least 4 years at Managerial level).
  • Good knowledge of the Maritime Industry.
  • Demonstrated proficiency managing analytically rigorous initiatives.
  •  Understanding of Dredging Operations.
  • Good working knowledge of construction Industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in an establishment of comparable size, Scope and complexity.
  • Ability to manage customer and colleagues.
  • Good Interpersonal Skills.
  • Well-developed communication and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite.

» Head, Business Development – AGROALLIED SUBSIDIARY (HAS02)

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the agriculture subsidiary business like sourcing and exporting Agriculture produce.

Qualification, Experience, Skills and Competencies

  • A good University degree in Agriculture related courses with a minimum of 7 years proven experience (At least 4 years at Managerial level).
  • Relevant Postgraduate Degree/MBA or Professional Qualification (Added advantage).
  • Above average knowledge of agricultural sector and relevant value chains.
  • Market information gathering, data analysis and result presentation.
  •  Demonstrated proficiency managing analytically rigorous initiaves.
  • Track record in financial management and leadership at a managerial level..

The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting the Head, business development to source materials from sites/trucking point.

  • Good University degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Adequate knowledge of solid minerals and mining industry and its value chains.

» Business Development Officer—Metal Scraping/Ship breaking (BDM 007)

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high quality business relationship with clients in the Metal Scraping/Ship breaking industry.

  • Good knowledge of Scrap metal and ship breaking business.
  • Interaction with existing suppliers/owners of obsolete ships.

» Operations Officer – Metal Scraping/Ship breaking (OOMS08)

The successful candidate will be responsible for all operations relating to metal scraping and ship breaking business.

Qualification, Experience, Skills and Competencies

  • Good University degree in social sciences or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years working experience.
  • Good knowledge of Scrap metal and ship breaking business.
  • Knowledge of weighing and recording of metal.
  • Knowledge of Grading and sorting metal by hand and machine.
  • Cleaning of scrap metal.
  • Knowledge of Pulling apart large metal items like scraps using metal cutlers and burners.
  • Ability to manage customer and contractors.
