Kayode Babalola – (Group Head, HR & Admin)

He is an experienced Human Resources practitioner and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political science and Postgraduate degree in Industrial relations & Personnel Management from the University of Lagos in 1984 and 1991 respectively.

He was at various times the Human Resources Manager of some notable companies like Humane Drugs Nigeria Limited, Nigeria Aluminium Engineering Company Limited, LAFARGE Wapco Cement Plc and Harris Corporation (USA) from 1987 to 2007, before joining Sparkwest Steel Industries Limited as Chief Human Resources/Admin Officer.

He resigned from Sparkwest in August 2012 to join Union Dale Investment Limited as General Manager, HR and Admin and he is currently the Group Head, HR and Admin at Capitalfield Investment Group Limited since March 2017. He is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN).
