Babasola Kolawole – (Head, Human Resources)

Babasola is a seasoned Human Resource professional with over a decade’s worth of experiencewith core capabilities in Recruitment, Selection, Training & Development, Staff Welfare Management and Policy Administration.

He has a degree in Business Administration as well as a Masters’ Degree in Human Resources Management. Stemming from his passion and zeal for Human Resource Management, Babasola is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN).

He has worked in different capacities, across diverse sectors of the economy. Before joining the Capitalfield Group, Mr Kolawole worked with the Human Capital Team of the renowned Lagoon Hospitals, Lagos. He joined Capitalfield Investment Group Ltd in 2015, and currently heads the Human Resources Unit.
